Alex began his career in Austria at a privately owned paper mill managing predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on container board lines. He moved to the U.S. almost 20 years ago working on a Honeywell project as a process and reliability engineer overseeing the design, installation, and trouble shooting of fully automated automotive parts equipment. He then became a reliability engineer in charge of startups and commissioning equipment with Leinweber before moving to TMD Friction to take over responsibility for reliability and continuous improvement of their Dublin, Va. plant.
Prior to joining Aloterra in 2014, Alex ran his own company for six years refurbishing, redesigning, and upgrading auto parts manufacturing equipment for customers around the world. Alex has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
